Israel Regardie’s classic text The Golden Dawn suggests that the first ritual prescribed for First Order students (the LBRP), be performed with a steel dagger. This dagger is often described as having a black handle. We are pleased to offer the Banishing Dagger as a new item in our shop.
The Banishing Dagger is an Outer Order Implement used in the performance of the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram. Adepts can also use it for the Banishing Ritual of the Hexagram (the BRH). The handle of the Dagger is black, but can also be emblazoned with the symbol of the Eye of Horus (as Horus is the godform associated with the Hiereus in the First Order). The opposite side of the handle can be inscribed with the magician’s Magical Motto if desired.
The Banishing Dagger can be customized with other colors and/or symbols as needed.
